Why eutectic? In materials science, the term eutectic is used for metals, especially those containing iron. Eutectic is a phase equilibrium of the components of a material mixture (alloys). This is characterized by the fact that the ambient conditions can only be freely selected within a very narrow range, and, for example, the transition of the components of the mixture from the solid to the liquid state is at its lowest temperature. This is comparable to companies that appear to be well-balanced but have lost flexibility and are no longer successful in the market. These companies need support. Solutions can include reorganization, relocation, or closure.

He has founded a wide variety of companies both domestically and internationally, including Müller-Weingarten AG, Techron AG, Schuler AG, WEBO GmbH, and Kolibri Metals GmbH, among others. A large number of patents as well as various prizes and awards in the context of his entrepreneurial activities, such as the German Founders' Award, the Baden-Württemberg State Award, Excellence in Production (Toolmaker of the Year), the Baden-Württemberg Innovation Award, and Focus Growth Champion, underscore his expertise.
